Absolutely great and stunningly beautiful hotel, I truly enjoyed it. The room I booked was kept clean and available with a microwave. The staff there were accommodating and exceptionally nice. The venue was in a wonderful location, in a nice neighborhood. Brobeck's Bbq, where you can eat appetising food, was set 20 minutes walk away. The snack bar was nice! The team provided an excellent service.

The rooms are updated and tidy, have feather pillows. It has wonderful and favourable location close to the center.

I've had a nice stay on a business trip. The breakfast was warm and varied, with plenty of food options. The staff was amiable, best, and everything was great. Central location very close to shopping places and restaurants as well as stores, it was in an extra comfy area.

We had king room, and it was extremely spacious and spotless with a microwave. The staff were all accommodating and amazingly nice. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The location was marvellous and easy, in a nice area of KC, convenient to go everywhere.

Wonderful location near the sleeping areas and the living areas, restaurants and stores and downtown museum, fast check-in. About 15 minutes walk from Roe Park. The rooms with a failed ac unit.

The rooms were nicely furnished, well presented and brand-new. Our bed was extremely comfy.

The breakfast was more than adequate and fresh made with many options and the food was good. The hotel had an easy location between the two living areas. We had lunch at nearby Sonic Drive-In, tried their fast food options.

A bit small bathroom.

It was reasonably clean place, staff were especially helpful and extremely helpful, and I greatly enjoyed my brand-new room. Booked a room with great water pressure for taking showers. Tbh, had a very very good stay for service at dinner time.

The room was spacious and clean with a separate seating area and kitchenette, which made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel. The view from the room was great, and I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options provided. The staff at the hotel were friendly, polite, and professional.

Despite being told that there were quiet hours from 9pm-8am, there were still noisy kids running around during my stay. Additionally, while the buffet area for breakfast was kept clean, it felt a bit crowded and hectic.
